Seed & Spirit Distilling produces uniquely crafted spirits, to include our handmade whiskey, moonshine, and brandy. All of our spirits are 100% made in-house. We are intricately involved in each step of our creations of our product. Each of our spirits is sourced and crafted from the highest quality ingredients in our Colorado region. Our malthouse produces our malted grains for all of our grain based spirits. We are concentrated on creating a deep-rooted impact that positively pays it forward in our local and then beyond the borders internationally. Seed and Spirit Distilling is bringing a new definition to what it means to be a small batch craft distillery.

Love these guys and their spirits! They've created a new spirit, called Whiszcal, a mix of mezcal and whiskey, and it is delicious. The bottle is also gorgeous! They are growing their own grain, and have their own in-house malting process which is really unique as I haven't heard of any other distilleries doing this in the Northern Colorado Area. They Their High Rye Bourbon Whiskey is such a treat! So smooth and has notes of chocolate. So happy to see a distillery like this in Fort Collins.
